Hi all,
I’m trying to install the proper nvidia driver that would be compatible with Cuda 10.0 on Ubuntu 18.04.
We have installed different nvidia drivers including (nvidia-driver-470 and nvidia-driver-410)
based on the link below, we used the 410 nvidia version

However, every time we run
sudo -i
nvidia-smi -pm 1
we get the following message
NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn’t communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running.
Please advise on how to solve this issue
