Nvidia-smi - no devices were found -driver 550 - ubuntu 24.04

Hi everyone,
nvidia-bug-report.log.gz (183.8 KB)

I’m having issues getting my NVIDIA GPU to work on Ubuntu 24.04 with driver 550.90.07.
The command nvidia-smi provides “no device were found”.
I join the output of sudo nvidia-bug-report.sh
Any suggestions?

Hi @leonardtss, welcome to the NVIDIA developer forums.

Purge your driver and reinstall. If you have secure boot enabled, either disable it or follow the key authentication instructions during driver installation to the letter.

Did you use the open source kernel modules? Try with the normal proprietary driver first.
