Nvidia-smi shows “no devices were found”

Hi,

I have installed the NVIDIA driver version 525.60.13 on our system running Rocky Linux 8.6, in order to set up CUDA 12.0. When running nvidia-smi I am getting “no devices were found”.

The attached bug report is for the open driver, but I have got similar outputs from the closed one. Can you please help me set up my system?

The log is flooded with errors, please create a new on with a 535 closed driver after boot.

A clean install of 535 did the magic. Thanks a lot!
