Nvidia Tesla M10 memory issue

Hello,
We have a Dell R740 server and Tesla M10 graphics card.
I have installed the grid driver “NVIDIA-GRID-vSphere-6.7-460.32.04-460.32.03-461.09” on the esxi 6.7 host.
But the M10 memory is just 24GB as below.

I try with other server like HP DL380, DL580, it’s the same issue.
Kindly let me know is this a known issue and any resolution available for this issue?

Hi,

Looks like you are not seeing 1 GPU.
Did you connect the power cable to the Card? If you did, maybe you need a firmware update.
