HPDL380g10 with nVidia M10 vGPU and ESXi6.5 - VM shows nvlddmkm.sys error

Hi there,

We’re testing an NVidia Tesla M10 on a HP DL380 gen 10 running VMware ESXi, 6.5.0 7388607 (patch 2).
GRID 6.3 is what we’re using, i.e. v390.94 vGPU Manager on VMware, and 392.05 driver on guest VM - which we have tested with both Server 2016 and Windows 10.

However both produce the error below as soon as vGPU profile is assigned and driver installed.

Your PC ran into a problem and reeds to restart. We’re just collection some error info, and then we’ll restart for you. 0% complete.

If you call a support person, give them this info:
What failed: nvlddmkm.sys

Same issue on another Dl380 actually, and same issue with a brand new VM.
What am I missing?
