NVLINK for 2 RXT 2080 TI GPU's in dell precision 5820

I am Trying to setup Dell precision 5820 workstation with 2 RTX 2080 TI GPU’s, but in given dell user guide 2nd and 4th slot are recommended for GPU’s, please suggest the compatible NVLINK for my setup.

2)There are only 2X8 pin sockets in CPU, but i need another 2X8 pin socket please suggest me how to use 2 GPU’s based on this configuration.

Same problem here… precision 5820 + 2x RTX 2080 but no nvlink (tested with Win10 and also Ubuntu 20.04)
