Hi, We have checked and confirmed it is obligatory to enable error report in decoding H264/H265 GDR streams. So it is expected that we have to set –report-input-metadata in running 00_video_decoder and set enable-frame-type-reporting=true to nvv4l2decoder.

Hi,
Since ffmpeg is reference software decoder. Would be great to understand more about how it works and then check the hardware decoder. Are you able to help on this?
