Objects not counted sometimes when line is crossed

• DeepStream Version 6.0
• TensorRT Version 8.2.1
• NVIDIA GPU Driver Version (valid for GPU only) GTX 1070
• Issue Type( questions, new requirements, bugs)
• How to reproduce the issue ? (This is for bugs. Including which sample app is using, the configuration files content, the command line used and other details for reproducing)

Hi,
I am using deepstream python application. I have an issue of object are not counted even when line is clearly crossed, detection is stable, tracking id doesn’t change.
I have tried different modes (loose, balanced, strict) but always issue persists.
Only when I changed the line just slightly then objects are counted.
could you please tell me why this happens? anyway how can I fix it?

Can you share more? such as command line you run or video to show the issue?

I’m using a custom app that’s built on top of this deepstream_python_apps/apps/deepstream-nvdsanalytics at master · NVIDIA-AI-IOT/deepstream_python_apps · GitHub
with some modifications, different pgie, no secondary classifers, disable obj counting
command line is the same

Is it possible to reproduce with DS samples?

I don’t think it’s possible, my model was trained on a specific data.
