OpenCV CUDA support for Tegra that comes with Jetpack

Is CUDA enabled (I believe its not) in the OpenCV distribution that comes with Jetpack?
If not then my question is why?

To me, anybody who wants to use TX2 would by default want to use CUDA to take the full advantage of the platform.
