Just visited the RDP website to check out the downloads. Seems like there was a switch from archives to self-extracting executable for a few platform. Most noteably, the Android download is a self-extracting .exe, I do my Android dev on Linux so I"m assuming its possible to just extract on Windows and copy over ?
