Problems downloading the PhysX sdk

Hello everyone.
I am trying to download the PhysX sdk 3.3 for windows but I am having problems and can not get to download. I asked to accept the terms of the license agreement and accept it when, instead of downloading it goes out again the terms of the license to accept again.

Someone tell me what happens?

I’ve already dowload the SDK. I guess that would be a problem with the page.
