Pipetuner not working, DsApp score is 0

I have tried Pipetuner

Downloaded sample data from PipeTuner Documentation and Sample Data | NVIDIA NGC

wget --content-disposition ‘https://api.ngc.nvidia.com/v2/resources/org/nvidia/pipetuner-data/1.0/files?redirect=true&path=pipe-tuner-sample.zip’ -O pipe-tuner-sample.zip

Ran the following

cd pipe-tuner-sample/scripts

bash setup.sh deepstream

bash launch.sh nvcr.io/nvidia/deepstream:7.1-triton-multiarch configs/config_PipeTuner/SDG_sample_PeopleNet-ResNet34_NvDCF-ResNet50_MOT.yml

1. why tuning is not worked for sample dataset
2. Can I do Tuning without ground truth for my custom videos
