Problem with getting into the game Nvidia GeforceNow

I have been having a problem when trying to play Ark Survival Evolved on GeforceNow. Every time I try to get into the game it directs me to a window that says “Trying to get you back into your game” and it always ends because my network is spotty. Usually, it puts me in normally without any problems but this keeps happening now over and over. Any solutions?
