Problem with Mersenne Twister RNG

I’m using the Mersenne Twister RNG from SDK.
How can i generate different number at each call of RandomGPU ?
I cannot generate all the number in a single call because i need to generate a huge amount of them, so I’m calling RandomGPU each time i need new array of random numbers.
I have tried to do a seedMTGPU(time(NULL)) before each call, but it seems that the “quality” of numbers generated this way is not good enough. There is a best way?
