That means that I could follow your instructions, and then copy, paste, and compile your code, without having to add anything or change anything, and see the issue. I strongly suggest that you provide an example demonstrator that does not depend on CMake in any way. It should be demonstrable using code, plus the NVIDIA provided toolchain, only.
There may well be a front-end incompatibility issue, in which case you would eventually need to file a bug. The above instructions will be needed for bug filing if you desire any forward progress on it. I don’t have any further suggestions based on what you have shown.
