Proper forum for general low-level programming questions

I am simply asking whether this – or some other – forum would be the best to ask questions related to Vulkan and GLSL development on Nvidia devices.

that aside, i know there’s also an official Discord server for NVIDIA devs (there’s a #vulkan-and-opengl channel). @TomNVIDIA would be able to assist you better since he’s one of the server mod/admin there (as well as the NVIDIA forum here).
