can Geforce Titan GTX and TeslaK40 can be installed in same system with 750 watts?
or how much watts required for using this both Graphics card?

To be safe you should use a bigger power supply If you plan on concurrent multi-gpu use. At least a 1000 Watt PSU will be needed.

I use a 1200 Watt PSU for my dual GTX 980 GTX Titan X system.

The TDP for the K40 is 225W and the TDP for the Titan X is 250W. The rest of the system will take at least another 100W , but you should always err on the side of caution.
