regarding problem installing numpy & wheel
JetPack 4 PyTorch v1.10.0
pip3 install numpy torch-1.8.0-cp36-cp36m-linux_aarch64.whl
failed building wheel for numpy
Please add instructions to use: pip3 install Cython==0.29.36 numpy==1.19.4
