the question seems non related to Jetson, as the latter only supports arch64 processor instruction set. For x86_64 x86_64 computer should be used. However there are multiple ways to build caffe & pytorch for x86_64, mostly they could be from sources from their github repositories. Moreover for Jetson, in order to deploy Torch you could use pre-built packages that you can find in the very beginning of the forum thread. For caffe for Jetson, there is a reference Caffe installation on Xavier - #2 by AastaLLL
