Quadro rtx 5000 or rtx 2080 for deep learning(laptop)

Hi,
I am a computer vision/deep learning researcher and I’m thinking about buying a laptop for portable working option. I do large amount of image training with CNN and feature extraction.

Is it a good option to buy an rtx 2080 full(non max q) laptop or should I wait for an rtx Quadro 5000(laptop) powered laptops that are going to release very soon? Which one of these two graphics cards would be good for DL performance assuming they have almost same specs but Quadro rtx 5000 has a twice as large vram memory than the rtx 2080 one ?

 Your help is highly appreciated.

Thanks and regards,
