Question about Nsight system metrics

I am profiling DNN process for my research.
I have some questions related to memory while using Nsight System.

In this picture, i don’t know exactly the meaning of L1, L2, VRAM Throughput.
As you can see below picture which is in Nsys documents, Throughput means the The ratio of cycles the DRAM interface was active reading(writing) data to the elapsed cycles in the same period as a percentage.

According to this explanation, if the ratio is 100%, what is that situation?
In normal case, ratio is the probability such as (event/All cases). If so, what is the denominator in case of Throughput?

@pkovalenko

100% means that during each cycle the given unit or interface is active. In all cases the denominator is a number of cycles in a sampling period: throughput = cycles_active / cycles_total

Thank you for answering!
