Use Case & Project Context:
I am currently developing a National Board Curriculum AI Tutor using Kilo Code (an agentic fork of OpenCode). My workflow involves high-frequency tool-calling and multi-agent orchestration where sub-agents perform parallel tasks like file I/O, terminal execution, and recursive code analysis.
Technical Justification:
The current 40 RPM ceiling is a significant bottleneck for agentic reasoning loops. A single high-level task (e.g., refactoring a RAG module) triggers a burst of 20–50+ sequential and parallel API calls. At the current limit, the agent frequently hits 429 Too Many Requests errors mid-reasoning, which breaks the state machine and prevents task completion. Increasing the limit to 200 RPM would provide the necessary burst capacity for these reasoning windows without requiring sustained high throughput.
Compliance & Confirmation:
This increase is strictly for personal, non-commercial prototyping and educational research. I am specifically testing the reasoning capabilities of Nemotron-3 Super and DeepSeek-V4-Pro within my tutor application.
