Hi all,
I’m trying to verify my NVIDIA account but haven’t received any OTP SMS. I’ve tried several phone numbers across different countries and carriers, but no luck - the code never arrives.
All numbers are active and can receive other SMS messages without issues. I’ve retried multiple times and waited, but still nothing.
Is anyone else facing this? Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

If the SMS otp system is not working, is there any alternative way for the verification?
It seems to be a general Problem with their OTP Provider, I even got a ban probably for trying another international esim providers to check the reason …a developer curiosity by nature and shouldn’t be directly banned without any kind of warning like attempts number left or even a temporary ban with automated feedback email for the reason. Created a topic for this issue but got no replies yet, It is two weeks by today.
So, be careful with your different countries trials.

I am facing the exact same issue. When I open the phone verification dialog on build.nvidia.com, I select France as my location and enter my number correctly. However, I immediately receive the following error message:
“This phone number has reached its limit. Please try a different number or try again later.”
This happens on the very first attempt — I have never successfully verified my account before, so this “limit” message makes no sense in my case.
I have already tried multiple times at different hours, with no success. I also sent an email to help@build.nvidia.com, but I wanted to report this here as well since it clearly affects many users.
Could a moderator or NVIDIA staff member please manually verify my account, or advise on a reliable workaround?

Same to me, I didn’t receive OTP when sent to Vietnam phone number.
I’m experiencing the same problem.
I’m in South Korea, using KT(Korean Telecom). I entered phone number correctly (+82 10 0000 0000 format).
