Unable to get OTP for verification

I was asked to verify my identity to get access to API keys, when I entered my phone number that is based in Pakistan, I didn’t got any OTP on my SMS, I am able to receive all OTP on this number except Nvidia. Kindly help me ASAP!!

Same issue here despite multiple attempts. Not OTP is sent.
