Hi,
I purchased a DGX Spark directly from the NVIDIA Marketplace in October 2025
(Order #100448, SKU: 940542420000SCS) and have not received an entitlement
certificate email for NVIDIA AI Enterprise.
As a result I cannot pull the -dgx-spark NIM containers (e.g. qwen3-32b-dgx-spark)
as my NGC account only shows NVIDIA Developer Program subscriptions and no
AI Enterprise entitlement.
Could you please activate the AI Enterprise entitlement on my NGC account?
