Request for increasing Rate Limit from 40 to 200 RPM

Dear NVIDIA Support Team,

I am writing to formally request a rate limit increase for my NVIDIA NIM API account. My account is fully verified (including phone verification) and associated with the email mostafa.saad@ejust.edu.eg

  • Current Limit: 40 RPM

  • Requested Limit: 200 RPM (or the standard tier for individual developers)

Project & Use Case: I am currently using the API strictly for personal development and non-production testing. My projects include building a basic chatbot and coding assistant, evaluating multi-agent workflows, and experimenting with various models like Nemotron and Llama.

Reason for Request: During active development, I frequently encounter 429 Too Many Requests errors. Even with exponential backoff and delays implemented in my code, the current 40 RPM cap is hindering my testing efficiency. Raising this limit would greatly improve my productivity.
