Hello NVIDIA Community,
I am reaching out to request assistance regarding the NVIDIA_Broadcast_v1.4.0.39 offline installer. Due to strict IT policies on my work computer, the installer cannot access the internet during the installation process, which causes it to fail.
I have accessed older versions, such as:
- NVIDIA_Broadcast_Offline_Ampere_v1.3.0.45
- NVIDIA_Broadcast_Offline_Turing_v1.3.0.45
Unfortunately, these versions are outdated and do not support my system, which uses:
- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3500 Ada Gen (Laptop)
- Operating System: Windows 11
If anyone from the community or NVIDIA team can help me locate or provide the offline installer for version 1.4.0.39, I would greatly appreciate it. Alternatively, if there are other solutions to bypass this issue, I am open to suggestions.
Thank you for your time and support!
Hello,
Welcome to the Developer forums! Broadcast is a consumer product, and is supported in the GeForce forums.

Please post your issue there.
Thanks,
Tom
Just playing devil’s advocate, but its a laptop, and you cannot access the internet. Nvidia Broadcast is by definition an internet required software, for web video chat. Why would you need an internet video conferencing software, if your IT dept does not let you use the internet? Second question is, if you need it that badly, can you not ask your IT dept to allow it. Or are you not supposed to be installing software anyway? Something does not really make sense here.
But either way, we do not support this software here.

Hello Mr. Richard,
First and foremost, thank you very much for your reply. I’d like to clarify the situation a bit further. My laptop does have internet access; however, I’ve encountered issues when attempting to download certain applications. I was able to resolve this by obtaining admin rights from our IT department.
The issue arises during the installation process. After downloading the application, the installer tries to retrieve additional packages from the internet, which is blocked by IT security policies. This causes the installation wizard to fail, displaying an error message.
I’ve noticed that others with similar issues have resolved them by using an offline installation package. Unfortunately, there isn’t a current version of such a package available, and the older versions are incompatible with my graphics card. While my IT team has granted me all the permissions they can, they are unable to bypass the restriction on downloading data within an application.
Since my company is a German firm, their policies are quite strict, and flexibility in these matters is minimal. I genuinely believe that a recent offline installation file would resolve this problem.
Could you kindly advise how I might proceed in this situation? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Understood, but this forum is not for that particular software. I am sorry.
