I’ve been using NVIDIA Broadcast for a while now, and I really like it. I just upgraded from Windows 11 Pro 23H2 to 24H2 on October 2nd, a day or two after Microsoft announced its release. The latest available stable version of Broadcast, v1.4.0.29, even though it IS NOT set to load on Windows startup, magically opens all by itself. I don’t realize this until my audio stops working and I find Broadcast is the culprit. Using Broadcast’s Quit option in the Hidden Icons Tray usually restores my audio. But sometimes I find I need to cycle between stereo, 7.1, and Dolby Atmos in Control Panel’s Sound applet for the audio to return. Or

if that fails, perform a quick restart. I’ve been using the same software on Windows 10 and Windows 11 23H2 without this issue occurring.
I saw on Reddit where an earlier version of NVIDIA Broadcast had a similar bug, but the next Broadcast update issued after the first Reddit posting fixed that particular bug.
I’m running an Intel i7-8700 CPU @3.2 GHz, 32 GB DDR4 2666 dual-channel RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER GPU on an ASUS TUF Z370 LGA-1151 motherboard. The OS is installed on a WD Black SN850X NVMe 3D NAND 2TB M.2 SSD. There is over 7TB of both internal and removable storage available, not including the OS drive. I also have a 20TB WD Red 7200 RPM NAS HDD installed for all my media files. A 1500W PSU provides more than ample power for the whole system. The only overclocking I’m running is the basic built-in stock memory overclock profile found in BIOS.
