Hello NVIDIA Developer Support Team,
I am writing to kindly request a rate limit increase for my NVIDIA NIM API account (build.nvidia.com) to support an ongoing application evaluation workflow. [1, 2]
Account Details:
- Account Email: uniteactachieve@gmail.com
- Current Limit: 40 RPM
- Requested Limit: 200 RPM
Use Case & Project Context:
I am currently developing and evaluating open-weight catalog models for Intellipath, an AI-powered education-advisor application. The core system orchestrates multi-step agentic reasoning pipelines to provide personalized guidance, academic pathway mapping, and real-time curriculum adjustments for learners.
Reason for Request:
During active testing, our agent workflows execute dense, nested, and parallel API calls. A single evaluation cycle requires simultaneous operations—including parsing dense academic documents, performing multi-turn chain-of-thought inference, and executing recursive refinement loops across different models (such as the Llama series and NVIDIA Nemotron catalog offerings).
Because of the high concurrency inherent to these multi-agent workflows, my development environment frequently hits the default ceiling of 40 RPM, resulting in repeated 429 “Too Many Requests” errors. This heavily restricts the ability to run side-by-side model evaluations and interrupts our testing loops. Raising the limit to 200 RPM will provide the baseline stability required to evaluate these models efficiently before full integration.
This usage is strictly for pre-production evaluation, prototyping, and testing.
Thank you for your time, consideration, and continuous support of the developer ecosystem!
Best regards,
Rohit Budhathoki
