Project Context: I am using OpenClaw to build agentic workflows that require multiple concurrent calls to models like Llama 3.1 and Nemotron for planning and execution. The default 40 RPM limit frequently triggers 429 Too Many Requests errors during agent loops, which halts the autonomous process and makes testing difficult.
This request is strictly for personal development and learning purposes. I have read and understood the NVIDIA NIM Terms of Service.
