Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am writing to request a rate limit increase for my NVIDIA NIM API account.

  • Current Limit: 40 RPM
  • Requested Limit: 200 RPM (or the next available higher tier for individual developer use)

Project / Use Case:
I am an individual developer working on [personal AI agent and coding assistant and learning large language models ] for development and testing purposes only.

The default 40 RPM limit frequently triggers 429 Too Many Requests errors during normal testing workflows (e.g., concurrent agent calls, prompt iterations, or model evaluation). Increasing to 200 RPM would allow me to test more realistically without breaking the flow, while still staying within fair use for non-production development.

This request is strictly for personal development, education, and prototyping — not for any commercial or high-traffic production serving.

I have read and understood the NVIDIA NIM Terms of Service and Fair Use policy.

so if you have read ToS and QoS why are you asking for that sh*t ? bro it’s not faire juste stop to use conccurency agent OR go warmup your wallet on Brev.dev Console because it’s your only way to do what you whant on nvidia , free NIM is not yours and you will never get 200 RPM stop dreaming …. be realistic buddy
