I am writing to request a rate limit increase for my NVIDIA NIM API account.
Current Limit: 40 RPM
Requested Limit: 200 RPM (or the next available higher tier for individual developer use)

Project Context:
I am an individual developer in China currently building a multi-agent orchestration system (Agent Swarm) using two strong models on build.nvidia.com:
moonshotai/kimi-k2.5(multimodal reasoning and visual agent capabilities)z-ai/glm-5.1(advanced coding, tool-use and long-horizon agentic tasks)
The workflow involves concurrent agent calls for complex reasoning, tool calling, iterative testing, and cross-model collaboration.
The default 40 RPM limit frequently triggers 429 Too Many Requests errors during normal development and testing, even with exponential backoff implemented. This significantly impacts my ability to test realistic multi-agent scenarios that combine the strengths of both Kimi K2.5 and GLM-5.1.
Increasing the limit to 200 RPM would greatly improve development efficiency while I remain strictly within fair use for non-production, personal prototyping purposes only.
