“Request More” (+4,000 credits) option on build.nvidia.com

Hi,

Is the “Request More” (+4,000 credits) option on build.nvidia.com still available?

I’m logged into build.nvidia.com with a business account and have an approved 90-day NVIDIA AI Enterprise trial, but I don’t see “Request More” anywhere in the UI. If this option has been replaced by trial rate limits, how can I check my current remaining credits/limits in the new UI?

Context: evaluating NeMo Data Designer with the NVIDIA API catalog.
Thanks!

Hi @b.rajin,

We no longer use a credit-based system for build.nvidia.com. As you noted, this has been replaced by rate limits for trial usage. The rate limits vary for each model, and we do not publish those. However, you can see your maximum rate limit in the top right of build.nvidia.com:

Hope this helps,

Sophie

Hi @sophwats,
Just to clarify, what do you mean by the trial usage? When I created an account and get API keys, does that count as “trial“ or should I do something else first? And about the trial “period“, is it limited by week, month, or else? Or does it not have a “period“ at all?
Thanks for your time reading this, I’m sorry if my wording is a bit confusing because English is not my native language.
Best regards 🙏

Hi,

Thanks for asking! When you create the account and get the API key you are using the NIM as a trial. You don’t need to do anything else first. The trial period is not limited by a time period.

We use ‘trial’ to mean any use for prototyping, research, development, testing, learning, etc.

If you are looking to move an application from development or testing to production, you are no longer using it as a trial, so will need to get an NVIDIA AI Enterprise license in this case.

Hope this helps,

Sophie
