I am trying to use the NIM API (integrate.api.nvidia.com) to call the qwen3-coder-480b-a35b-instruct model, but the request hangs/returns 403
I learned from the community that personal organizations might lack the “Public API Endpoints” permission. Could you please enable it for my account?
