Request to enable 'Public API Endpoints' permission for my personal organization (403 error when calling glm-5.1)

Hi NVIDIA team,

I am trying to use the NIM API for model z-ai/glm-5.1 via the NVIDIA API catalog, but I keep getting a 403 Authorization failed error.

  • My account email: 452121766@qq.com

  • API Key prefix: nvapi-2Fh7c2C00xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  • Endpoint used: https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1

  • Model: z-ai/glm-5.1

I have already confirmed that my API key is active and that I can successfully list models via GET /v1/models. However, every actual inference request (including simple chat completions) returns HTTP 403.

After searching the forum, I believe the issue is that my personal organization (free tier) does not have the Public API Endpoints permission enabled.

Could you please enable this permission for my personal organization so that I can call NIM models via the public API endpoint?
