Hello all, this is constant no matter what driver, or monitor configuration. My RTX 3090 on both windows and Kde Plasma Wayland idle at 40-50w, this seems excessively high when coming from a 1080 that idled at 10-17w. Additionally, any slight movement of the mouse and the power draw jumps to 120-160w. Tried one monitor, same result. Tried 60hz, same result. Not sure if this is a bug, tried many different drivers including the latest and it simply won’t idle lower than 40-45w. Core clock is 210mhz, memory is 405mhz.
