gst-launch also works fine.

how do I solve thid problem?

gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src device=/dev/video1 ! video/x-raw, format=YUY2 ! videoconvert ! xvimagesink

■I tryed bellow inside docker

root@ubuntu:/opt/nvidia/deepstream/deepstream/samples/configs/deepstream-app# deepstream-app -c source30_1080p_dec_infer-resnet_tiled_display_int8.txt
** ERROR: <create_primary_gie_bin:120>: Failed to create 'primary_gie'
** ERROR: <create_primary_gie_bin:185>: create_primary_gie_bin failed
** ERROR: <create_pipeline:1326>: create_pipeline failed
** ERROR: <main:688>: Failed to create pipeline
App run failed
root@ubuntu:/opt/nvidia/deepstream/deepstream/samples/configs/deepstream-app# ^C

on host, deepstream-app will success.

I resolved this problem.
I added runtime nvidia as docker option.
after that it works fine.
