Searching for CUDA config

Hi everybody

For my studies, I have a project about CUDA and I need to buy a computer. But I really don’t know cuda for the moment so I came here to ask if I need a special computer configuration to work properly with CUDA. I know I need a GPU like Nvidia Geforce 9 or upper, but do I need special mother card? special hard drive? or can I work with a classic configuration I will find in a classic shop?

You just need any NVidia GeForce 8xxx, 9xxx or GTX2**, nothing special
