Seeking Support for Lab Time Issues in an NVIDIA Course

I kindly request a lab time extension or reset for the “Exploring Adversarial Machine Learning” course.

My Struggle with Accessing the “Exploring Adversarial Machine Learning” Course. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been caught in a frustrating cycle trying to regain access.

Shortly after enrolling in the course, I encountered a roadblock: my lab time had expired before I could even complete the first module.

The message I received was: “Usage Limit: You have exhausted the lab time provided with your course enrollment. If you believe this message is in error, please contact support.”

The course depends entirely on the lab environment. Without active lab access, I can’t interact with the course materials or proceed with the learning. This has been further complicated by technical challenges, including some lab freezings.
