Usage limit error in course

Hello,
I encountered a problem and kept receiving the following message
“Usage Limitation You have exhausted the lab time provided during course registration.” I passed the theoretical material, but did not have time to pass the last lab. Could I get some extra time? Let me explain the situation a little: I am currently in a country where military operations are taking place and there are problems with the electricity. During power outages, my computer also turned off, but perhaps the site was counting down the usage time in the background…
I wrote an email to dli-support@nvidia.com, but did not receive any response. It is about the course “getting started with deep learning”
