Usage Limit Error in NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute course

Hello!

I received the message: “Usage Limit You have exhausted the lab time provided with your course enrollment.” for my course ‘Accelerating End-to-End Data Science Workflows’.

I wrote an email to dli-support@nvidia.com last week and a second time this week, but received no response. I have not completed the majority of the course, and was hoping if I could get some extra lab time? Thanks in advance.
