Spectrum Management and Carrier Aggregation

Hi,

I am looking to complete some dynamic spectrum management research (including producing immersive demos) and I am trying to figure out if AODT is suitable platform to simulate this. Specifically I have been wondering:

  1. Is multi-band operation supported with a single simulation? If so, is carrier aggregation available? Even if this is not naturally supported, is it possible to collocate two RUs operating at different carrier frequencies?
  2. Can you dynamically switch RUs on and off, say from a machine learning script that makes decisions to reduce energy consumption?
  3. Is there VR support as with standard omniverse?
  4. Can you interact live with a simulation, such moving a UE using keyboard commands say and observe dynamic changes to the network?

  1. Multi-band operations is not supported, and it is not possible to collocate two RUs at diffrent carrier frequencies.
  2. Dynamic switching of RUs is not possible
  3. I will check with engineering and update on this
  4. Do you mean, dynamically change the UE behaviour? That is not supported.
