Support RS232/RS485/RS422

We are designing our own carrier card for jetson TX2. we have two serial ports, routed to uart0 and uart1. We need to support multi serial protocol (RS232, RS485, and RS422) on these ports. Can someone suggest if putting a UART transceiver IC like SP336E will be sufficient to make this work. What hardware changes do we need to make to achieve this ? Can someone please share a reference schematic related to this application ?

Hi, you might need to check with vendor of transceiver IC first. To Jetson, UART0 and UART1 are standard UART ports.

Thanks for your reply ! What external hardware should we use to support RS232,RS485 and RS422 on these UART ports? Can you please share some reference schematic where this is done?
