System Recovery - Failed to mount after 10 attempts

I waited for the fix overnight (thank you to the team(s) that helped resolve it) and then started the process here: System Recovery — DGX Spark User Guide

Things seemed fine until it started and now I see “Failed to mount after 10 attempts”. I’ run through the steps again, resetting to factory defaults, ensure secure boot is enabled, restoring factory keys, and then booting from the USB. No luck.

The reason I’m having to recover is that I was a victim of the “DO NOT ATTEMPT UPDATES OR SETUP” only being communicated on the forums, so of course I set mine up as soon as it came in. The issue I had when I first set it up was where boot would get stuck at “. . . autorun DONE.” I saw other posts about it also.

Hi RelicOneTwenty, the screenshot suggests a problem with the USB device: either the recovery script failed to create the image or the device may be corrupted. Please try recreating the USB recovery drive (use a different device if possible). If the issue persists, share which OS and script you used to create the recovery image.

If using MacOS to create the recovery drive. Please refer to this post: MacOS Recovery Boot Image Issue and Fix

It was the usb drive, got a brand new usb-c drive and it worked great. Thank you
