Ubuntu 14.04 LTS CUDA 8.0 disable time limit via Xorg or ?

It has been some time since I used Ubuntu, and I cannot remember how to disable the time limit for the GPU connected to the screen.

Did Google this first, but still confused.

There are 2 GTX 1080ti GPUs in the system, and I can see that GPU #0 does have a time limit for kernels enforced, how can I get rid of this time limit.

GPU #1 shows that no time limit applies.

Thanks!
