Hello , I have been struggling with nvidia driver
Board name : ASUS M3A32-MVP DELUXE (yes not so young)
GPU : NVIDIA TESLA M40 24gb (x2)
OS : Ubuntu 22.04
I tested 535, 470 drivers but all failed (No devices were found)
I’ve checked some solutions from fellows on the forum, but had no succeed.

In all likelihood this is due to your motherboard not being able to assign enough BAR memory.
Edit: Product brief removed, due to being for P40 not M40. However the previous comment probably stands as the BAR1 requirement is shown as 16MB here.
If you search this forum for “BAR”, you will find a number of discussions around the somewhat problematic task of installing Tesla class GPUs in less than adequate motherboards.
If you can install the cards in a system that will load the driver, you could try configuring them in “Graphics” mode, before installing them back on this board and it’s possible they may work, as the BAR requirements are less.
