Unable to change my email, says it's changed too often

I have changed my email around 4 months ago, then I had to change it again 2 months ago but I’d get an error, I don’t know its direct English translation as I see website in another language, but it roughly means “Email changed too often” and doesn’t let me do it, now it’s been 4 months and I still can’t change it.

I understand some platforms doesn’t allow email changes so often, but it’s 4 months, how long I am going to wait, 1 year?
