Hi NVIDIA Developer Support team,

I’m encountering an error when trying to verify my phone number for API access on build.nvidia.com:

“This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”

My account & issue details:

  • Registered email: 77892550@qq.com

  • Phone number: +86 13917086328

  • Location: Shanghai, China

  • IP environment: Residential home broadband

What I’ve already tried:

  1. Cleared browser cache/cookies and tried in incognito mode

  2. Switched to mobile data (4G/5G) to avoid any network proxy issues

  3. Waited over 24 hours before retrying the verification

  4. Confirmed this is the first time I’ve used this number to register for NVIDIA services

Request:

I am a legitimate developer trying to access NVIDIA’s API for personal purposes. This phone number is a valid, real-world Chinese mobile number (not a virtual/VOIP number).

Could you please help check why this number is marked as “exceeded limits” and manually reset the verification limit for me?
