Unable to View RTSP Output with DeepStream 6.4 on Jetson Orin NX

Hi everyone,

I’m working with DeepStream 6.4 on my Jetson Orin NX and using the sample configuration file source30_1080p_dec_infer-resnet_tiled_display_int8.txt. I’ve enabled the RTSP sink and disabled the other sinks as per the configuration. However, I’m facing an issue:

When I try to connect to the RTSP stream using the IP address shown in the terminal (via VLC or ffplay), the connection loads indefinitely and never displays any output.

  • I’m accessing the Jetson device via SSH.

• Hardware Platform (Jetson / GPU)
Jetson Orin NX
• DeepStream Version
6.4
• JetPack Version (valid for Jetson only)
6.0
• TensorRT Version
8.6
• NVIDIA GPU Driver Version (valid for GPU only)
540.3.0

Here’s the output of GST_DEBUG=4 deepstream-app -c source30_1080p_dec_infer-resnet_tiled_display_int8.txt:

debug_output.txt (678.3 KB)

Hi, Could you provide yout config file?

Sure, here it is:

from the log. it is because “nvbufsurface: Failed to create EGLImage.”. please refer to this topic.

Thanks!
