I think there is a bit of confusion.
We publish 4 containers for dGPU (either x86 or ARM SBSA):

The first 3 containers can be used for production and deployment.
The last container (7.1-gc-triton-devel) is a development only container and can’t be used for production.
Reason is because it includes tools that are intended for development only.
We strongly recommend using Enterprise grade GPUs as these products are intended to operate 24x7 vs. gaming cards.
We do not test or publish results on gaming cards.
With that said, there is no EULA restriction on the GPUs used.
